1Service Information

  • create and manage a profile;
  • upload, store, and organize tracks and other content;
  • listen to and discover music;
  • interact with other users and content;
  • create projects and collections;
  • access free or paid features;
  • use additional tools made available by the platform.

2Usage Requirements

3Account and Security

Track Vault is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account when such use is caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4User-Uploaded Content

You may have the option to upload musical tracks, audio recordings, images, text, cover art, information, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the rights to your User Content.

However, by uploading content to Track Vault, you grant Track Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to the duration necessary for the provision of the Service, to:

  • host and store the content;
  • technically reproduce and transmit it;
  • technically process it to make it compatible with the Service;
  • display it to users according to selected visibility settings;
  • use any metadata associated with the content for platform operation.

This license does not involve the transfer of content ownership to Track Vault.

5Content Responsibility

You declare and warrant that you possess all rights, authorizations, licenses, and permissions necessary to upload, use, and share your content through Track Vault.

You may not upload or distribute content that:

  • violates copyright, related rights, trademarks, or other third-party rights;
  • contains illegally obtained material;
  • is defamatory, threatening, or seriously offensive;
  • violates the privacy or image rights of other persons;
  • contains malware, malicious code, or elements designed to compromise computer systems;
  • violates applicable laws or regulations.

You remain solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, or share through Track Vault.

6Copyright and Intellectual Property

Track Vault respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, you can submit a report to:

  • bypassing security measures or technical limitations;
  • using unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated systems;

  • using the Service for spam or deceptive activities;
  • artificially manipulating statistics, views, interactions, or rankings;
  • using Track Vault to distribute malware or malicious software;
  • commercially exploiting the Service in unauthorized ways.

8Third-Party Content and Services

Track Vault may integrate services, tools, links, APIs, or content provided by third parties.

The use of such services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Track Vault does not necessarily control third-party services and is not responsible for the availability, content, or operation of external platforms.

9Free Plans and Premium Features

Track Vault reserves the right to modify, add, or remove plan features, within the limits permitted by law and in compliance with any communication obligations to users.

10Subscriptions and Payments

  • the applicable price will be the one shown before purchase confirmation;
  • payment may be managed by authorized third-party providers or applicable app stores;
  • any automatic renewals will be clearly indicated before subscription;
  • you may manage or cancel renewal according to the methods provided by the purchase platform or available settings.

Except as required by law or specific purchase conditions, payments already made may not be refundable.

11Modification, Suspension, or Interruption of the Service

Track Vault may, at any time and within the limits permitted by law:

You acknowledge that content posted by other users is the sole responsibility of the respective authors and that Track Vault does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of all user-uploaded content.

15Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Track Vault Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the relationship between you and Track Vault.

16Changes to These Terms

Track Vault may modify these Terms for legal, technical, operational, or commercial reasons.

Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect will constitute acceptance of the same, except where the law requires a different form of consent.
